Grace in the ordinary. Power in becoming.

The Artist

Hi, I’m Jenica — the hands and heart behind this art, a small-batch jewelry project handcrafted in my home studio.

Creating is my way of processing and reflecting, of turning the quiet in-between moments of life into something lasting. Each piece begins as wax, carved slowly by hand, then cast in metal — a deliberate, tactile process that honors patience, presence, and intention.

My work is shaped by the sanctity of everyday life, the quiet strength of becoming, and the hope found in new beginnings. This is jewelry with meaning — small reflections of a woman’s journey, rooted in resilience, shaped by change, and made to thrive wherever she stands.

Her Story

I have always known I wanted to create with my hands. I leaned into what felt natural — drawing, observing, designing — and in 2024, I studied the foundations of jewelry design, followed by an apprenticeship in lost wax casting in 2025.

For a long time, creation had to fit around life. Our home was small, so my tools and works-in-progress lived in different corners — taken out when the urge to create felt too strong to ignore, then tucked away again. In that season, I learned how easy it is to shrink parts of yourself, to place them quietly at the bottom of the list.

Eventually, something shifted. I chose to claim space — just a small corner of our living room — and dedicate it to my craft. That decision became a gift to myself and my family. A choice to stop hiding this part of me, and to allow it to exist fully, openly, and without apology.

Carving wax by hand taught me to slow down, to listen more closely, and to notice what is ordinary but sacred. These pieces were first shared with friends and family — objects made with care, patience, and intention.

This is my life happening. A life shaped by strength, confidence, dedication, and love — for my family, for my daughter, for art — and, I hope, a life that touches one soul at a time.

Carved with ease from the state of fullness and yearning to share all good feelings.
